Landlord Support Services Ireland is a nationwide consultancy service for landlords and estate agencies to assist them to manage their property business in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Services include:

Landlord Helpline: Easily accessible advice and information on minor tenancy issues. Landlord rights.

Landlord Advocacy:  Prepare and serve legally compliant notices and letters, mediation and negotiation with tenants, Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) case preparation and representation.

Landlord Email Support: Advice and information on minor tenancy issues, prepare and serve legally compliant notices and letters dealing with all tenancy issues. 

Tenancy Preparation: How to prepare your property for the rental market, screening tenants, managing your rental property business, rent supplement payments, BER, RAS, lease agreements

 Negotiating with Tenants: Negotiation and mediation with a tenant on a landlord’s behalf.

PRTB Case Preparation: Case preparation and representation at PRTB dispute hearings.

Membership is not required.
